Daraz Nepal – Fulfillment Centre or Land Requirement

Daraz Nepal invites expression of interest from individual property owners and firms to lease out land or facilities for Fulfillment Centre (warehouse like facility) as per the requirements listed below:

Land or Fulfillment Centre (warehouse like structure) Requirement

We are seeking any one of the following options:

Option 1: 20 Ropanis of Land

Option 2: One Fulfillment Centre (40,000-50,000 sq. ft.)

Option 3: Two Fulfillment Centre (20,000-25,000 sq. ft. each)

Key Requirements

Location: Within 3-5 km of Ring Road (up to 10 km can be considered)

Road Access: Minimum 18-20 ft wide road

Preferred Areas: Satdobato or Kalanki

Ground floor preferred for the Fulfillment Centres
