Notice regarding submission of letter of intent by interested auditors.

As the final audit of the community, institutional, religious schools and community learning centers within the Dakshinkali Municipality area for the academic year 2081/82 is required, this notice has been published for all those interested to register a letter of intent with the Education, Youth and Sports Branch of this office within 15 days along with the documents mentioned in the details as per Rule 6 (a) of the Dakshinkali Municipality School Auditor Procedure 2075.

1. Application of the concerned applicant.

2. Copy of audit license certificate.

3. Copy of license renewal up to 2080/81.

4. Copy of PAN No. Registration Certificate.

5. Copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080/81.

6. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

7. Departmental approval letter if the auditor is a current employee.

8. All documents submitted must be notarized.

9. The school will pay the remuneration for auditing as per the rules.

10. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.

Note:

1. The applicant must clearly state their contact phone number and email address in the letter of intent.

2. Auditors who were appointed as auditors in the previous year but did not go to the designated school to conduct audit work will not be listed.

3. If an auditor is appointed and does not visit the school within the specified time to conduct the audit, he/she will be removed and another will be appointed.

4. After completing the audit, one copy should be submitted to the concerned school and one copy to the Dakshinkali Municipality Education, Youth and Sports Branch.
