NOTICE TO CA STUDENTS

Submission of Online Examination Form for December 2025 Examination

This is to notify to all concerned that the examination form for the Chartered Accountancy Foundation, CAP-I, CAP-II and CAP-III Level Examinations in pursuance with Rule 14 of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Regulations, 2004 can be submitted online from 09 October, 2025 (23 Ashwin, 2082) till 5:00 PM of 29 October, 2025 (12 Kartik, 2082) with payment of normal fee and till 5:00 PM of 03 November, 2025 (17 Kartik, 2082) with payment of late fee.

In addition to centres in Kathmandu valley the examination for Foundation, CAP-I, CAP-II and CAP-III will also be held in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj, Chitwan, Dhangadi and Nepalgunj subject to a minimum of 10 applicants for Foundation, CAP-I & CAP-III examination and 20 applicants for CAP-II examination in each centre. Centre with less than the minimum number of applicants will be cancelled and the applicants of those centres will be transferred to Kathmandu centre.

The online examination form can be submitted by logging into "Student Login" portal available in ICAN website "www.ican.org.np". Students facing difficulty in submitting online examination can either contact ICAN at 01-5430832, 01-5430730 or can drop an email at [email protected] or can visit ICAN office for necessary assistance.

(Note: Examination form will not be accepted until the payment is made.)
