Notice regarding the renewal of the program for the academic session 2082/083 of the Grading and Correspondence Division

According to the provisions of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, the educational institutions that have received affiliation/approval for pre-diploma and certificate/diploma level training programs must renew the approved training programs every year after two years from the date of approval. According to the decision of the council office dated 2081/12/28, this notice is published for information to all the educational institutions concerned to renew online with the notarized documents specified as mentioned in the schedule, by depositing 30 days (up to 2082/01/31) regular fee and additional 7 days (2082/02/01 to 2082/02/07) delay (double fee) from the date of publication of this notice. has been done Also Online when renewing as much as possible after the expiry of renewal

You are also informed to submit all the complete documents submitted through Documents to be submitted compulsorily while notarizing at the time of renewal:-

1) Company registrar's office or the office where the organization is registered should submit the letter of renewal/updation of the organization for the financial year 2080/081 and all the documents related to the organization registration. 2)

At least Submit proof of tax payment or tax filing proof up to 2080/081.

3) The minimum infrastructure guidelines and other standards of the council regarding hospitals used in experimental practice for health-related programs, the approval letter of the official body opening the beds of the hospital used in accordance with the provisions of the relevant business council and the National Medical Education Act 2075 and the letter of the hospital's renovation or the letter of the relevant body in the process of renovation (except for the government), the priority opening letter of the programs of the institutions agreed by the hospital for the experimental practice, the letter of agreement, the document certifying the distance from the hospital to the institution and the certificate of the health-related bachelor's or master's level programs in that hospital A self-declaration letter of the hospital must be submitted, clearly revealing whether it has been used or not.

4) In relation to the fees being charged for the training fee while running the institution in the current academic session, a letter of commitment to only charge the prescribed fee from the council and a copy of the program renewal card in the last academic session 2081/082 must be submitted.

5) Educational institutions that run certificate level nursing and 3-year certificate/diploma level programs related to health by having their own 100-bed hospital must submit notarized documents officially opening their own 100-bed hospital.

6) If there is a letter of acceptance of relation, name change, change of place, name change, organization merging and transfer of ownership, etc., a copy of the letter should be included.

7) Only educational institutions that have submitted the above-mentioned proofs and documents and are qualified by the monitoring and evaluation of the Technical Division will pay the following amount to the account no. 1730100000009006 should be deposited. 8) The above-mentioned documents must be attached to the CTEVT website: www.ctevt.org.np with details. 10) The letter from the relevant body where the organization is registered, the details of the members of the organization's board of directors and certified copies of citizenship must also be submitted in such a way that the current share price details of the directors or shareholders members of the organization/hospital are clearly disclosed.
