In educational programs, students who have passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from government and community schools and pre-diploma level from the council's affiliated schools in the academic session 2082/083 as per the "Directive 2082 on Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admission at Diploma and Certificate Levels"

Classified (free) scholarships determined in private, partnership and private level educational institutions affiliated/approved by the Council

For admission in the quota, Nepali citizens who have qualified for the following programs as per the schedule must appear for the examination control by 26th Shrawan 2082.

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to fill the online application form properly in the office's ITMS Online. Applicants who have met the minimum qualifications can pay the application form fee online and prioritize the study program, province, and school according to their preference.

You will also have to select the category quota and submit the online application form.

Nepali citizens can fill the online application form for any one province's program in the classified (free) scholarship quota and the competition will be held only at the same province level and the publication of the merit list and admission recommendation will be done accordingly. For the academic session 2082/083, the online application form can be filled only for any one program under the classified (free) scholarship at the diploma/certificate level.

1. Classified (Free) Scholarship Information:

Nepali citizens will be provided with the following quota of classified (free) scholarships for admission to each educational program in the Council's constituent, partnership and private level educational institutions at the diploma and certificate levels based on the approved quota. Details

Under the Council, Nepali citizens who have met the minimum qualifications for each educational program that has been approved to operate the program for the academic session 2082/083 in each educational institution will be provided with free scholarships in the number mentioned in Section 7(2.1) A (a) of the guideline, keeping the total number determined as 100 percent as per Section 7(2.1) A of the guideline on admission and dividing that number into two groups of 50-50 percent, namely general and target category.

(a) General Group: Free (classified) scholarships will be provided to eligible Nepali citizens by maintaining the number of seats fixed for the general group at 100%. In the case of certificate level nursing programs, 15% of the quota for male nursing will be allocated in this group.

(b) Nepali citizens of the target groups who have met the eligibility criteria as specified in the target group group will be provided free of charge (classified) in the number of seats as per the program within the province in the percentage reserved as follows, keeping the percentage as mentioned as 100%.

Scholarship will be provided.

(a) If a situation arises where any of the specified programs are not taught, the scholarship will not be provided. If a program of an educational institution receives a small number of full-fee applications and the program is not conducted, the educational institution must compulsorily inform the concerned council or provincial office.

(b) Students who study by receiving a scholarship from the Council will have to go to the place assigned to them for a specified period of time after their studies, if desired by the Government of Nepal. For this, they will have to sign a commitment as mentioned in the online application form.

(e) Any examinee shall receive only one scholarship of his/her choice from among the scholarships provided by the Council or other government bodies for studying the educational program as per this guideline.

(e) If it is found that a candidate has obtained a scholarship by submitting forged documents with the intention of obtaining a scholarship, in any case, the Council, P.N.K. will cancel the registration and recommend action against him as per the prevailing law. Such candidates will not be included in any type of examination conducted by the Council for a period of 5 years.

(u) The institution shall not charge any fees including training, practical, registration, regular examination application, library, transportation to the experimental site, etc., from the candidates who are recommended for admission on scholarship as per Section 7 (2) (g) of the guidelines. However, the candidates shall make their own arrangements for food, accommodation, clothing and necessary stationery throughout the study period. (u) Candidates recommended for classified (free) scholarship shall not be allowed to change their program later.

2. Educational program to be trained and minimum educational qualifications required:

(a) In the case of examinations conducted before the implementation of the letter grading system:

Note: In the case of other diploma and certificate level programs not mentioned above, the course will be as determined by the curriculum.

3. Documents to be submitted along with the application form:

For classified (free) scholarships, the candidates themselves will have to fill the Online Application Form within the time limit specified in this notice. Along with the online application form, the fee will have to be paid online through the designated service providers Connect IPS or Khalti wallet.

(a) Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship (birth registration in the case of minors) certificate.

(b) Scanned copy of the original minimum educational qualification or equivalent educational certificate.

(c) In the case of a government or community school, a letter from the concerned municipality certifying the type of school, a letter from the school board of the council

In the case of Dalits, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned school. (d) In the case of Dalits, as per Schedule 3, if listed, and in the case of Dalits with different surnames who are not listed, a scanned copy of the original letter from the concerned municipality.
