Annual/final examination of various programs at the regular/partial level of pre-diploma level

Very important information about filling out the exam application form

Obtaining pre-diploma level affiliation approval from the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council and offering it in organic, partnership, and community schools

All the affiliated/approved educational institutions at the Technical Education (TECS) program and private level have issued a notice to the concerned educational institutions to fill the examination application form for the Pre-Diploma level (excluding 24-month Industrial Apprenticeship Programs, Automobile Engineering and Survey Engineering Programs) examination conducted in the month of Bhadra for regular and part-time examinees. The date for submission of the examination application form by the concerned examinees is fixed by 19th Shrawan 2082 BS with regular fee and by 26th Shrawan 2082 BS with late fee. Therefore, this notice has been published.

In addition, candidates who registered for the academic session 2081/082 under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education at the Pre-Diploma level

You are also requested to fill out the examination application form in accordance with this notice.

Programs in which the examination will be conducted

(a) All regular programs of (12+6) months duration who have registered in the academic session 2081/082 and completed training under the pre-diploma level

Special Scholarship Program, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile

Engineering, LP/AH, Agriculture (Plant Science), Veterinary Science, Culinary Arts, Forestry

12+6 Months program, Livestock Production/Animal Health, Veterinary Science, Agriculture (Plant Science), Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration & AC Engineering, Water Supply & Sanitary Engineering, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Computer Application & Secretarial Management, Social Mobilization and Entrepreneurship Development.

Additionally, candidates from educational institutions who do not meet the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be admitted to the exam.

All relevant parties are informed.

Conditions:

1. The school will have to print the regular/partial examination application form for all the programs registered through ITMS Online for the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) onwards (126 months) from ITMS Online on white paper for regular and on yellow paper for partial and distribute it to the candidates.

2. There will be no examination fee for meritorious and classified scholarship candidates in the regular stream.

3. In the case of part-time examinees, only those trainees who have enrolled and registered in the (12+6) month program from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) will be allowed to fill out the examination application form.

4. The internal assessment scores of regular subjects of regular candidates must be entered in the web-based online system, printed on a certified copy, and must be filed and submitted. Internal assessment scores that have been entered

5. In the case of (12+6 months) part-time examinees from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021), only those examinees who failed (NQ) in the internal assessment examination will have to enter the internal assessment score in the web-based online system, print a copy, and submit it with a correct stamp.

6. The examination application forms of regular candidates should be entered into the web-based online system, sorted according to the order of the forms, and a copy of the Internal Assessment as per the program and a printed copy of the comprehensive form should be attached to the same file.

7. Online application forms for all programs for which admission has been made and registration has been made from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) on a partial basis should be entered into the web-based online system and sorted in the order of the forms according to the overall format, and a copy of the Internal Assessment and a printed copy of the overall form according to the program should be attached to the same file.

8. Only candidates who have passed the internal assessment examination will be allowed to appear in the final examination. Failed (NQ) in the internal assessment examination

If the candidates appear for the examination mentioning the failed subject, their examination for that subject will be automatically cancelled. 9. The examination application form will not be accepted in person. The application form must be submitted through the concerned educational institution.

10. For educational institutions running programs privately, Rs. 2,000.- (two thousand in characters only) per examinee for regular examinees (examination fee Rs. 1,700.- and On-the-Job Assessment (OJT) Rs. 300/-) and for regular examinees of schools running member, partnership and TECS programs of the Council, Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand in characters only) per examinee and for partial examinees of one of the theoretical or experimental subjects, Rs. 200.- (two hundred) per (one subject) fee and Rs. 150.- (one hundred and fifty) per additional subject shall be deposited in the following account.

The concerned educational institutions must deposit the amount for the examination application form fee in the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the day after the last date for payment of regular fee and the last date for payment of late fee and upload the voucher to ITMS Online on the same day. The regular and late examination application forms must be submitted simultaneously to the concerned council and provincial office by 29th Shrawan 2082.

11. The admit cards of the candidates from ITMS Online will be printed on white paper for the regular side and on yellow paper for the partial side, and will be distributed to the candidates after being certified by the provincial office. Candidates without an admit card will not be included in the examination.

Note:

1. For regular fees, candidates must submit the examination application form to the concerned school from 2082.04.05 to 2082.04.19 at 3:00 PM.

2. The regular fee for online entry in ITMS by the school is from 2082.04.06 to 2082.04.19.

3. The last date for the regular fee payment by the school to deposit the examination application fee in the bank is 2082.04.20.

4. Candidates will have to submit the exam application form to the concerned school with a late fee from 2082.04.20 to 2082.04.26.

5. The school will be charged a late fee for online entry in ITMS from 2082.04.20 to 2082.04.26.

6. The last date for the school to deposit the late fee in the bank is 2082.04.27.

Educational institutions will have to enter the late fee in the ITMS Online System by the 7th of the month.

Since the symbol number needs to be generated in one go, the exam application form must be submitted by 2082.04.19 with regular fee and by 2082.04.26.

8. In case of schools that pay the fee through Online Payment given in ITMS online, the admit card of the examinee will be printed by the school itself.

The principal must sign and distribute it with the school's seal.

9 10. Educational institutions should file all documents including comprehensive details, regular and delayed examination forms, vouchers and other documents simultaneously.

All educational institutions will be required to mandatorily complete training as per the curriculum determined by the curriculum.

It should be submitted to the concerned council or provincial office by 2082.04.29.
