Subject:-Regarding submission of applications for study under the scholarship quota of the target group in grade 11 of institutional schools for the academic session 2083.

In the presented subject, as per the Pokhara Metropolitan City Institutional School Scholarship Distribution Procedure-2075, students from Nepal who wish to study in the academic session 2083/084 in grades 11-12 from the reserved quota of the target category in institutional schools within Pokhara Metropolitan City should submit their applications to the Education Division, Pokhara-17 Damside along with the documents mentioned in the details from 2083/01/30 to 2083/02/06. This notice is being published for the information of all concerned.

Documents to be submitted along with the application

1. Copy of S.E. Passed Grade Sheet,

2. In the case of missing persons, families, martyr families, people's movement injured, Madhes movement injured families, a copy of the recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office and a letter certifying the relationship from the concerned ward office.

3. In the case of Dalit quota, a copy of the Dalit recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office in the case of a surname not included in the caste, surname, and list of Dalit communities of the National Dalit Commission.

4. In the case of tribal quota, a copy of the tribal recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office in the case of a surname not included in the caste, surname, and list of tribal communities of the Tribal Commission.

5. In the case of poverty quota, a poverty identification card from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation or a recommendation letter from the concerned local level stating that the student does not have a job, business, business or income-generating arrangement for any member of the family, does not have the minimum income required to sustain life, is unable to provide textbooks and stationery such as paper, pens, etc. required for compulsory education, and has less than five, ten and fifteen percent of cultivable land in the Terai and Valley, Hilly and Himalayan regions, respectively, of the maximum limit that can be held as a landowner as per the Land Act, 2021, or falls under the absolute poverty line as defined by the National Planning Commission and has an income less than that.

6. In case of Zehendar quota, only a copy of the S.E.E. pass grade sheet.

7. Copy of disability identity card in case of disability quota.
