Information regarding filling the online application form for the admission process in the programs and quotas mentioned in the details at the Diploma and Certificate levels for the academic year 2082.083 at the School of Health Sciences, Bharatpur Chitwan, a constituent institution of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). Also, for classified scholarship quotas, a separate online application form under the Council's provincial office will have to be filled.

1. In the case of examinations before the implementation of the letter grading system:

After creating a username and password and logging in to ITMS Online available at org.np, you will have to fill up the options given there, select the name of this institution, select a quota for one of the programs from the quotas mentioned above and submit.

2. In the case of examinations after the implementation of the alphabetic system:

A minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 on a scale of 0.0 or its equivalent in the Entrance Examination or S.E.E. Examination with compulsory subjects of English, Mathematics and Science from a recognized educational institution or its equivalent or a technical S.L.C./P-Diploma level from the relevant council and having passed with 68.33 percent marks in the total aggregate marks.

Provisions regarding selection process:

Based on the average grade point (GPA) obtained in the SEE examination and the marks obtained in SEE or SLC from a government or community school, an additional weightage of 1 mark will be added to the marks obtained in the order of merit of the candidates who have obtained the highest marks and the further admission process will be as per the Guidelines on Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admissions at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082.

Required Documents:

Scanned copy of the original SEE/SLC or TSLC or equivalent educational qualification mark sheet and certificate.

A recent passport size (35mm X 45mm) colored photograph with a clear face.

Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship (birth registration in the case of minors) certificate.

In the case of those who have passed S.L.C. or similar examination from a country other than Nepal, a scanned copy of the original certificate, which has been determined to be equivalent by a body designated by the Government of Nepal.

Candidates applying for the full-fee target category quota must submit a scanned copy of the original document indicating their target category as specified in Section 7 of the Admissions Guidelines 2082.
