Information regarding training and examination of agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agents

Considering the convenience of individuals and organizations interested in working as insurance agents of this company, basic training for non-life insurance agents is being conducted from 2082.09.16 through physical and virtual (Google Meet). Therefore, individuals and organizations who have attained the following educational qualifications are requested to contact the Lumbini Provincial Office of this company or the nearest branch offices by 2082.09.14. This notice has been published for all concerned.

Educational Qualification for Insurance Agent: JTA or above

Required documents for individual insurance agents:

Copies of educational qualification certificates and citizenship certificates (including notarization),

4 copies of passport size photo,

Personal details form with mandatory mention of permanent account number and mobile number.

For institutional insurance agents:

Agricultural, livestock, herbal cooperatives or farmers' groups or agricultural firms or companies registered under the prevailing laws.

Any director or officer or chief manager or executive officer of the organization must have participated in training on agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance and obtained a certificate.

Application from the concerned organization wishing to hire an institutional agent (photo and signature of the director)

Letter announcing the appointment and term of office of the director

Director's citizenship certificate and educational qualification (at least 12 (10+2) passed)

PAN registration, other registration certificates, company registrar's certificate, NRB Banking Cooperative Division/Domestic/Commercial/Other registration certificate, memorandum of association, regulations, documents stating the purpose of the memorandum of association to act as an insurance agent and the term of office of the director mentioned in the regulations will have to be submitted.

Training Date: 2082/09/16 to 2082/09/18

Time: 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM

Training Venue: Sanima GIC Insurance Ltd. Lumbini State Office or through Google Meet

Exam Conduct Date: 2082/09/18 (Friday)

Time: 4:30 PM onwards
