Information regarding agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agent training and examination

Considering the convenience of individuals and organizations interested in working as insurance agents of this company, since the basic training of agricultural insurance agents will be conducted physically from 2082/10/21, individuals and organizations who have attained the educational qualifications as per the details should contact the Koshi Province Office of this company or the nearest branch or sub-branch offices by 2082/10/20. This notice has been published for all concerned.

Educational Qualification for Insurance Agent: +2 or above in Agriculture and Veterinary.

Documents required for individual insurance agents:

Copies of educational qualification certificates and citizenship (notarized)

4 copies of passport size photograph

Personal details form with mandatory mention of permanent account number and mobile number

Required documents for institutional insurance agents:

Those who wish to hire an institutional agent should submit an application from the concerned institution (photo and signature of the director).

Letter announcing the appointment and term of office of the director

Certificate of citizenship and educational qualification of the operator (at least +2 in Agricultural Veterinary)

PAN registration, other registration certificate, company registrar's certificate, NRB, Cooperative Division, Domestic Commerce, other registration certificates, regular articles of association, documents stating the purpose of the articles of association to act as an insurance agent, and the term of office of the director mentioned in the regulations must be submitted.
