Regarding filling out application forms for vacant seats

As per the CTEVT's notification dated 2082/05/04 and 2082/05/08, some of the candidates recommended for admission as main candidates in the full-fee General Medicine, Diploma in Pharmacy, Medical Lab Technology and Diagnostic Radiography programs at the Diploma and Certificate levels in this institute have not been admitted and the seats are vacant as per the details. Therefore, the candidates who are in the pass list in the results of the health programs of CTEVT are requested to submit a formal application to this institute within 5 days of the publication of this notification.
