Information regarding basic training for agricultural, livestock and crop insurance agents and loss assessors

Keeping in mind the convenience of those who are interested in working as agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agents or damage assessors of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company, the basic training for the company's agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agents and damage assessors will be conducted in Jumla from 2082/05/28 to 2082/05/30. Therefore, this notice has been published for interested persons who have fulfilled the educational qualifications mentioned in the details to submit applications to the office.

1) Educational qualification for insurance agent: At least 10 plus two or equivalent examination passed from a recognized educational institution.

2) Educational Qualification for Damage Assessor: Passed at least 10 plus two or equivalent examination in agriculture, botany, animal husbandry or herbal medicine from a recognized educational institution.

3) Documents to be submitted with the application:

a) A certified copy of the certificate of educational qualification obtained.

b) Certified copy of character certificate of the same level.

c) Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

d) 3 copies of passport size photo.

e) Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN card).

f) Training fee Rs. 3,000.00

4) Documents that an organization wishing to take institutional insurance agent training must attach with the application form, in the case of the organization:

a) An official letter proving that the participant is in the position of director (from which date to which date).

b) Minutes of the Board of Directors' decision regarding participation in the training of damage assessors.

c) Certified copy of company certificate and regulations, company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate

d) Tax payment certificate and audited financial statement for the previous fiscal year for which the application was submitted.

e) Certified copy of the certificate of minimum educational qualification of the participating director/officer/manager

f) Certified copy of Nepali citizenship

g) Participation fee Rs. 3,000.00

5) Documents that organizations wishing to take Institutional Damage Assessor training must attach with their application form:

a) An official letter proving that the participant is in the position of director (from which date to which date).

b) Minutes of the Board of Directors' decision regarding participation in the training of damage assessors

c) Certified copy of company certificate and regulations, company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate

d) Tax payment certificate and audited financial statement for the previous fiscal year for which the application was submitted.

e) Certified copy of the certificate of minimum educational qualification of the participating director/officer/manager

f) Certified copy of Nepali citizenship

g) Participation fee Rs. 3,000.00

Note: Since it is not possible to accommodate more than 30 participants in the mentioned training, it is informed that applications that are registered first will be given priority.
