Notice to fill out the offline or online application form to participate in the first convocation ceremony (2081).

(Only students who have passed the undergraduate and postgraduate levels according to the semester examination system by Jestha 05, 2082 BS and have received transcripts and those who will complete the level within the same period are allowed to fill out the form.)

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, interested students who have passed the above-mentioned levels and have obtained the transcripts to participate in the first convocation ceremony to be organized by Rajarshi Janak University on 27th Jestha 2082 and are requested to reach the Central Examination Conducting and Records Center, Janakpurdham by 20th Jestha 2082 and submit offline/online applications by completing the following procedures.

The application form can be filled offline/online from 14th Jestha 2082 BS.

You can fill out the online form.

The online form will be closed from 20th Jestha 2082.

While filling the application form online, along with the application form, you will have to upload a scanned copy of your MRP size photo, citizenship certificate, and transcript of the level you have passed.

All PDF documents received while submitting the online application should be printed and kept safe. After the detailed program notice regarding the convocation ceremony is published, when coming to collect the gown, scarf, etc., those documents should be submitted to the designated branch of the Central Examination Conducting and Records Center and kept safe with the office seal.

Up to two parents can be present at the convocation ceremony. If parents are present, an additional fee of Rs. 300.- (non-refundable) per parent will be charged.

Observation:

Rs. 300.- Maintenance charge for gown, scarf, etc. will be deducted from the deposit amount.

You must collect your original certificate within one year of the convocation ceremony, otherwise an additional penalty fee will be charged as per the rules of the National University of Nepal.
