Notice regarding the program of the first convocation ceremony

This notice is published for the information of all the concerned students as the first convocation ceremony of Rajarshi Janak University will be held on 27th Jestha 2082, correspondingly on 10th June, 2025, at the main hall of Mahendra Narayan Nidhi Mithila Cultural Center. The detailed program for the students who will/will not participate in the convocation ceremony will be as follows.

1. Distribution of gowns, scarves, hats and food:

a. Dated from the 25th of the year 2082.

B. Time: 12:30 PM onwards.

C. Location: Central Examination Conducting and Records Center, Janakpurdham.

D. It is mandatory to bring the receipt received while filling out the form to receive the gown, scarf, cap, and food at the convocation ceremony.

2. Attire: Students participating in the convocation ceremony will be required to wear the gown, scarf, hat, and khada provided by the National University of Nepal.

3. Gown, scarf, hat and deposit refund:

A. Gown, scarf and hat withdrawal date from 2082 Jestha 28 to 2082 Asar 02 (excluding holidays) local ne

B. If the gown, scarf and hat are lost, damaged or destroyed while returning the deposit amount for the gown, scarf and hat from 2082 Jestha 28, or if any of them are lost or not returned, the value thereof will be deducted as per the rules.

C. Date for refund of deposit for gown, scarf and cap with late fee: From 2082 Asar 03 to 2082 Asar 06, late fee Rs. 50.- From 2082 Asar 08, additional late fee Rs. 10 per day.-

Note: If the deposit is not deposited within the above date, the amount will automatically lapse.
