Information regarding filling out the application form

In the 14th convocation ceremony to be organized by Purbanchal University, students who have been admitted to various groups (batches) of M. Phil, Master's and Bachelor's level educational programs and have passed the respective level and have received the transcript from 17th Paush 2081 (1 January, 2025) to 16th Paush 2082 (31 December, 2025) may register at Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar by 2082.10.04 (18 January, 2026) during office hours by completing the following procedures. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Things to keep in mind while filling out the application form:

(1) Application forms for obtaining the certificate of convocation can be obtained from the Examination Management Office, Biratnagar and the concerned campus. In addition, the application form can also be downloaded from the website of the Examination Management Office, Puexam, www.puexam.edu.np.

(2) Along with the application form, a certified copy of the transcript along with a lump sum fee of Rs. 7500.- for M.Phil. (Application fee Rs. 5,000/- and gown deposit fee Rs. 2500/-), for postgraduate level Rs. 5500/- (Application fee Rs. 3,000/- and gown deposit fee Rs. 2500/-) and for undergraduate level Rs. 5000.- (Application fee Rs. 2,500/- and gown deposit fee Rs. 2500/-) must be deposited in the name of the Pre-university Examination Management Office through the concerned campus in Nabil Bank Limited A/C No. 00710017518402 and the application form must be registered in this office within the office hours by 2082.10.04 accordingly (18 January, 2026). In addition, the student must deposit the above-mentioned fee amount in the above-mentioned bank account and register the application form by the specified date by appearing in person or through a representative at this office. news

(3) In case of students who do not apply within the stipulated time to obtain the certificate of convocation after passing the level as per the above-mentioned notice, a fee of Rs. 5,000/- for M.Phil. level, Rs. 3,000/- for Postgraduate level and Rs. 2,500/- for Bachelor's level will have to be paid to obtain the certificate.

(4) The detailed program of the convocation ceremony will be published later on the website of the Examination Management Office. Note: Rs. 300.- Maintenance Charge for gowns, scarves, etc. will be levied from the deposit amount and an additional Rs. 300.- fine will be levied if the cap, gown, and scarf are returned damaged.
