Information regarding training and examination of agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agents

Considering the convenience of individuals and organizations interested in working as insurance agents of Prabhu Insurance Limited, this company is conducting training for agricultural, livestock and herbal insurance agents from 2082 Mangsir 07 to 2082 Mangsir 09. Therefore, individuals and organizations who have attained the educational qualifications as per the details are requested to submit an application along with the necessary details and documents to the company's email address by 2082 Mangsir 01. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Educational Qualification for Agricultural, Livestock and Herb Insurance Agent: Minimum from a recognized institution or board

At least a degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or Plant Science after passing the 10th plus two or Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent examination.

Have received 1 (one) year of technical training.

Documents required for individual insurance agents:

1) Copy of Nepali citizenship and educational qualification certificates (notarized).

2) Copy of permanent account number.

4 copies of passport size photos.

4) Application with contact number and email clearly mentioned.

5) Training fee Rs. 1000.00 (excluding agent license fee) Bank deposit voucher.

Required documents for institutional insurance agents:

1) Application from the concerned organization wishing to hire an institutional agent (including the director's photo and signature)

2) The purpose of acting as an agent of the insurance company must be stated in the details of the appointment and term of office of the director and the company's articles of association and regulations.

Certificate of citizenship and educational qualification of the operator (at least 1 year of technical training in agriculture, animal or plant science after passing a minimum of 10 plus two or proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination from a recognized institution or board).

4) Documents including PAN registration of the concerned organization, company registration certificate, tax payment certificate, company/organization's articles of association, regulations, annual audit statement, and certificate that the company is not blacklisted will have to be submitted.

5) Training fee Rs. 1000.00 (excluding agent license fee) Bank deposit voucher.

Training Date: From 2082 Mangsir 07 to 2082 Mangsir 09

Training time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Exam Conduct Date: Saturday, 2082/08/09, Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
