Notice regarding withdrawal of applications registered for new affiliation

As per the decision of the Executive Council of Pokhara University dated 29/05/2079, the affiliation process of the applications registered with this university from various educational institutions for obtaining new affiliation has not been completed through the notice of invitation for applications regarding the affiliation of this university published in the Kantipur National Daily dated 30/05/2079. Accordingly, in accordance with the decision taken when the proposal for decision was submitted in the 25th General Assembly meeting of the university held on 25/03/2082 regarding the applications of the said educational institutions, this notice has been published for all concerned as per the decision of the Executive Council meeting of the university held on 32/03/2082:

1. As the 25th General Assembly of the University has decided to "arrange for refunding the application registration fee to applicants who wish to withdraw their applications", all concerned are hereby informed to submit an application for withdrawal of the application if the educational institutions that have registered their applications with this University for new affiliation as per the notification dated 2079/05/30 wish to withdraw their applications.

2. Since the 25th General Assembly of the University has decided to "make arrangements to refund the application registration fee for applications submitted for programs other than those run under the organic colleges and schools of Pokhara University, contrary to the provisions of Rule 8 (c) of the Pokhara University Campus (College)/Educational Institution Affiliation Regulations, 2056 BS", all concerned are hereby informed to submit an application for refund of the application registration fee for applications of new educational institutions submitted for affiliation to programs other than those run under the organic colleges and schools of Pokhara University (as per the notice dated 30/05/2079).

3. Since the name of the BBA-BI program under the Faculty of Management has been changed to BBA(Finance) by the Academic Council of the University, the applicant educational institutions applying for affiliation to run the BBA-BI program will have to submit an application for change of application accordingly if they are approved to run the BBA(Finance) program, otherwise all concerned are informed to go through the process of withdrawing the application fee as per point no. (2) of this notice.

> Application submission period and method: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format, attaching the documents mentioned in the details, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of first publication of this notice.

Details: Documents to be attached with the application for refund of the above application fee:

(a) Decision regarding withdrawal of application submitted for affiliation to the Board of Directors or Management Committee.

(b) Original receipt of application registration fee or a certified copy thereof.

(c) Copy of the certificate or identity card of the person paying the official amount of the organization.

(d) Bank account details of the concerned institution.
