Information regarding filling out the online form to participate in the 21st Convocation Ceremony

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to fill the online form through the website of the Controller of Examinations: exam.pu.edu.np to participate in the 21st Convocation Ceremony of Pokhara University to be held on February 20, 2026. The online form for participating in the Convocation Ceremony will be available on the website only from 2082/10/01 to 2082/10/20. The form can be filled at any time within the said period.

Method of filling the application form and required documents:

1. The applicant himself will have to fill the online application form available on Pokhara University's website: exam.pu.edu.np and submit the application form online. The Nepali name will have to be typed in Aalekh Font.

2. Only students whose transcripts were issued after February 06, 2025 will be allowed to attend this convocation ceremony.

3. To attend the convocation ceremony, students must have received or applied for a transcript by Magh 11, 2082 (correspondingly January 25, 2026).

4. Since the Convocation Certificate will be prepared based on the details filled in the form by the student, while filling the online form, the Nepali name will have to be filled as per the citizenship and the English name as per the transcript. If the certificate is filled incorrectly due to the wrong details, the student himself will be responsible.

5. While filling the online form, you will have to scan and upload a PP (1.1"x1.4") size photo, citizenship certificate and transcript. All documents should be colored while scanning.

6. After filling the online form, the applicant can download the slip to be used when collecting and returning the gown from the dashboard of the online portal used while filling the form. The student must bring the slip and submit it to the Examination Controller's Office when collecting and returning the convocation dress.

7. Students attending the convocation ceremony will have to deposit Rs. 5,000/- towards the convocation certificate fee and Rs. 2,500/- towards the convocation dress deposit, totaling Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) compulsorily through the Online Portal.

8. The maintenance charge for the graduation uniform will be deducted from the deposit amount of Rs. 2,500.- to Rs. 300.-.

9. The distribution of convocation attire will be held on Falgun 6 and 7, 2082 BS from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara-30, Dhungepatan, Kaski.

10. The return of the convocation dress will be done 1 hour after the conclusion of the convocation ceremony and the next day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara-30, Dhungepatan, Kaski.

11. For the refund of the deposit for the convocation dress, the student must clearly fill in the details of the bank account in his/her name (bank name, bank account number, and bank branch).
