Subject: Regarding submitting an application for a medical education scholarship.

As per the decision of the Scholarship Committee meeting held on 27/02/2082 on the subject presented, it has been decided to provide scholarships to 3 students permanently residing in Pokhara Municipal Corporation who are studying M.B.V.S. under the Institute of Medical Sciences as per the Scholarship Distribution Procedure (Third Amendment) 2081. Therefore, all concerned are requested to submit their applications for M.B.V.S. studies scholarship within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the documents as per the details.

Details:-

Documents to be attached with the application:-

1. Application for a scholarship,

2. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,

3. Copy of S.E.E. and Class 12 result mark sheet and character certificate,

4. Self-declaration that you have not received a scholarship from any other body,

5. Recommendation letter from the concerned ward office stating that the applicant is financially disadvantaged,

6. Recommendation letter from the concerned ward stating that the student is a permanent resident of the ward,

7. A letter from the institution where the student is currently studying M.B.V.S. stating that the student is continuing his/her studies,

8. A letter of commitment from the applicant stating that he will provide service in the metropolis for 2 years after his studies,

9. Medical M.B.B. S. Entrance Examination Result Letter and Merit List,

10. In the case of married women, marriage registration and relationship certificate,
