Regarding submitting applications for studying in grade 11 of institutional schools under the targeted category scholarship quota for the academic session 2082

In accordance with the Pokhara Metropolitan City Institutional School Scholarship Distribution Procedure-2075, students from Nepal who wish to study in grades 11-12 in institutional schools within Pokhara Metropolitan City in the academic session 2082/083 from the reserved quota of various target groups should submit their applications to the Education Division, Pokhara-17 Damside along with the documents mentioned in the details from 2082/03/13 to 2082/03/19. This notice is being published for the information of all concerned.

Documents to be submitted with the application:-

Copy of S.E.E. passed grade sheet,

In the case of families of missing persons, families of martyrs, families of people's movement injured, families of Madhesh movement injured, a copy of the recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office and a letter certifying the relationship from the concerned Ward Office.

In the case of Dalit quota, a copy of the Dalit recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office in the case of a surname not included in the caste, surname, or listing of the Dalit community of the National Dalit Commission.

In the case of tribal quota, a copy of the tribal recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office in the case of a surname not included in the caste, surname, or listing of the tribal community of the Indigenous Peoples Commission.

In case of poverty quota, poverty identification card from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation or, in case of not receiving it, poverty recommendation letter from the concerned ward office.

In the case of Zehendar quota, only a copy of the S.E.E. passed grade sheet.

In case of disabled quota, copy of disabled identity card.

Note: The application form can be downloaded from pokharamun.gov.np. Applications can be submitted to the Education Division, Pokhara-17 Damside, even on holidays and in the morning and evening.
