Very important information about filling the application form of one subject opportunity examination

Conditions:

1. The educational institution has to print the exam application form and distribute it to the candidates by logging in to ITMS Online from their user.

2. Examination application form fee is Rs. 300.- will have to be paid.

3. Under the semester examination system, only the regular examinees who have failed in any subject in the second section of the third year regular examination are allowed to fill the application form and a copy of the Result Sheet of the said regular examination must be attached with the application form.

4. Candidates who have failed in only one subject in the results of the third year second section examination conducted in the month of October/November 2081 after the registration was established in the year 2078 (2021) will be allowed to fill the application form for the one subject chance examination. A copy of the Mark Sheet or Ledger of passing the first section/second section of the first year, second year first section/second section and the first section of the third year must be attached with the application form. If the candidates who have not passed the first section/second section of the first year, the first section of the second year and the first section of the third year fill the application form of the examination, the examination will be canceled automatically.

5. You will not be admitted to the exam without the admit card. Therefore, the respective school will not print the admit card within the specified time. He must be understood.

8. The concerned educational institutions have to pay the amount for examination application form fee, regular fee on 2082.01.05 and late fee on date 2082.01.12 compulsorily to the bank account of the concerned council, state office and upload the voucher in ITMS.

9. The application form has to be submitted to the respective provincial offices of the council through the respective schools within the date of 2082.01.14.
