Very important information regarding filling the application form for the Pre-Diploma Level (One Subject) Placement Examination

For institutions that operate all pre-diploma level programs (including 24-month apprenticeship programs) at the technical education and private level (including 24-month apprenticeship programs) in the member, partner, and community schools of the Council after obtaining affiliation/approval from the Council, as per Rule 3 B (4) of the Examination Regulations, 2071, the examinees who registered in 2080 BS and participated in the annual examination in 2081 Kartik/Mangsir (12+6), 2081 Pus (15+3) and the examinees who registered in 2079 BS and participated in the annual examination in 2081 Kartik/Mangsir (24-month apprenticeship) and failed only one subject in the theoretical aspect will be charged an examination fee of Rs. 200.- (Two hundred in characters only) as mentioned in the details, the concerned schools are required to fill the examination application form from the mentioned candidates and submit the form at the specified place and date. (a) Conditions:

The user will have to log in and print the application form of the examinee and distribute it. 1. The school will register its user on ITMS Online.

2. The application form of partial examinees of one subject from the school should be entered in ITMS Online, a file with the application form, summary, Exam Sheet Roll and admission letter duly stamped should be created, and the receipt of payment should be attached and registered with the concerned council and provincial offices.

3. A photocopy of the mark sheet/ledger obtained from the previous examination conducted by the Office of the Controller of Examinations must be attached with the form.

4. No action will be taken on application forms that do not meet the above conditions and are received after the specified time.

5. Even if the school includes the examination application form of the trainees who do not meet the conditions and the examinees take the examination, the results of such examinees will automatically be canceled and such school will be taken action in accordance with the Act, Rules and Regulations of the Council.

6. If you are found to have used Kermet or Tipex while filling out the exam application form, the application form will not be accepted.

(b) Place, date and time of submission of examination application form and examination conduct date, time and examination centers:

1. The date for submitting the application form is from 13th Ashar, 2082 BS to 19th Ashar, 2082 BS at the school,

2. The date for online entry in ITMS by the school is 2082.03.19,

3. The bank voucher in which the school has deposited the amount in the account of the concerned council or provincial office must be uploaded on 20th Asad 2082 BS and the form must be submitted on 22nd Asad,

4. Exam date: Saturday, 28th Ashar, 2082 at 8:00 AM,

5. Examination Centers: Only 1 (one) examination center will be established in each province. The name of the examination center will be published 1 week in advance.
