Since the partial examinations of the first, second and third years of Science and Animal Science will be conducted in the month of Bhadra, the candidates are required to submit the completed examination application form by 25th Asad 2082 BS with regular fee and by 32nd Asad 2082 BS with late fee.
This notice has been published to make it mandatory for educational institutions to fill out the exam application form.

You are requested to fill the application form on the above mentioned date and time as the regular and partial examinations for the first, second and third years of Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) and Forestry programs will also be conducted at the same time.
In addition, students from educational institutions who do not meet the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be included in the exam.

Conditions:
1. The school has issued the regular/partial examination application form for all the candidates registered through ITMS Online from the academic session 2076/077 (AD 2019). The school can log in through its user and select the white for regular and partial examination application form from ITMS Online.
It will need to be printed on yellow A4 size paper and distributed to the examinees.
2. In the case of regular institutions, in the case of institutions run in partnership with the organic, community and council, Rs. 1,000 per student and in the case of private educational institutions, Rs. 2,500 per student under the annual examination system and double the regular examination fee per student for late fees will have to be paid.
Also, if the candidates do not submit their application form in ITMS Online within the regular fee period, a late fee will be charged. 3. In the case of partial candidates, the examination fee for one theoretical or experimental subject is Rs. 300.- and for each additional theoretical or experimental subject.
For this, a regular fee of Rs. 150/- and a late fee of double the prescribed fee per student will have to be paid.
4. While submitting the examination application form, the concerned educational institutions should create separate files for regular and partial courses and new and old courses by subject and register them with the provincial office of the concerned council by the specified date, along with the receipt of payment of the fee.
5. The concerned educational institutions must deposit the amount for the examination application form fee online or in the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the day after the last date for payment of regular fee and late fee and upload the original bank voucher to ITMS Online. The examination application forms filled with regular and late fee must be submitted to the concerned provincial office simultaneously by 2082 Shrawan 2.
6. There will be no examination fee for meritorious and classified scholarship candidates in the regular stream.
7. In the case of partial examinees, only students who have registered and enrolled since the academic session 2076/77 (E.S. 2019) will be able to fill the examination application form. Online application forms for all programs can be entered in ITMS online and the program-specific comprehensive form will be submitted in order.
A printed copy should be attached to the same file.
8. In the case of partial examinees, only those examinees who failed (NQ) in the internal assessment examination will have to enter the internal assessment scores on the examination form and in the ITMS online system, print a copy, sign it and submit it.
9. Regular candidates should enter their examination application forms in ITMS online, sort them in the order of the forms, and attach a copy of the Internal Assessment and the printed copy of the comprehensive form to the same file.
10. Only candidates who have passed the internal assessment examination will be allowed to appear in the final examination. If candidates who have failed (NQ) the internal assessment examination appear in the examination mentioning the failed subject, their examination for that subject will automatically be cancelled.
11. In case of students registered from another educational institution, the name of that institution must be mentioned in the examination application form and a transfer letter must be attached.
12. The fee amount should be deposited into the council's account online or into the following bank accounts of the council's provincial offices.

If the fee is not deposited within the specified date, a penalty of double the fee will have to be paid.
Note:
1. Candidates can submit the exam application form to the concerned school from 2082.03.05 to 2082.03.25 at 3:00 PM,
2. The regular fee for online entry in ITMS by the school is from 2082.03.08 to 2082.03.25,
3. The last date for the regular fee payment by the school to deposit the examination application fee in the bank is 2082.03.26,
4. The date for submitting the examination application form to the concerned school with a late fee is from 2082.03.26 to 2082.03.32,
5. The school will be charged a late fee for online entry in ITMS from 2082.03.26 to 2082.03.32,
6 The last date for schools to deposit the late fee in the bank is 2082.04.01,
. 7. Since the symbol number has to be generated in one go, educational institutions should enter the exam application form in the ITMS Online System by 2082.03.25 for regular fee and by 2082.03.32 for late fee,
8. In case of schools that pay the fee through Online Payment given in ITMS online, the school itself will print the admit card of the trainee.
The principal must sign and distribute it with the school's seal.
9. All educational institutions must mandatorily complete training work according to the curriculum determined by the curriculum.
