Notice regarding the call for applications for Liaison Officer Training

As per the approved annual program of Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute for the fiscal year 2082/83, the training for liaison officers deployed with mountaineering teams will be conducted at this institute in collaboration with Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute and Nepal Mountain Training Institute from 2082 Chaitra 01 to 20 Chaitra 07 at 7:00 AM. Therefore, employees of the civil service, not gazetted first class or higher as per clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Mountaineering Regulations, 2059, officers of the Nepal Army or Nepal Police or Armed Police Force as per clause (b) and officers of the civil service, gazetted third class officers as per clause (c), and Everest climbers as per clause (c), should submit a certified copy of their qualification certificates and departmental recommendation and training fee of Rs. 5100/- (Five thousand one hundred rupees only) to Citizen Bank International Ltd. in the name of this institute. Current Account No. 011010000036201 (any branch of Citizen Bank) or Citizen Bank International Ltd. within the premises of the institution. This notice has been published to submit the application form along with the fee deposit voucher to this institution by 2082 Falgun 29. The application form for training can be downloaded from the institution's website: www.nathm.gov.np or obtained from the institution. Details:
1. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
2. 2 copies of passport size photo.
3. Copy of certificate of graduation or equivalent educational qualification (mark sheet and character certificate).
4. Recommendation letter from the concerned ministry/department or working body.
5. In the case of Nepali climbers who have successfully climbed Mount Everest, a copy of the certificate issued by the Department of Tourism and a copy of the entrance exam passing certificate.
6. In the case of employees who have been appointed as civil service employees and have been adjusted to the provincial and local levels, a copy of the adjustment letter.
