Notice regarding call for applications for Liaison Officer Training

Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute. As per the approved annual program of the fiscal year 2082/83, the training for liaison officers deployed with mountaineering teams will be conducted at this institute in collaboration with Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute and Nepal Mountain Training Institute from Bhadra 22, 2082 to Bhadra 28, 7:00 AM. Therefore, those who are interested in participating in the training, those who are civil service employees of the first class or higher as per clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Mountaineering Regulations, 2059, those who are civil service employees of the Nepal Army or Nepal Police or Armed Police Force as per clause (b) and those who are Everest climbers as per clause (c), should submit a certified copy of their qualification certificates and departmental recommendation and a training fee of Rs. 5100/- (five thousand one hundred rupees only) to Citizen Bank International Ltd. in the name of this institute. Current Account No. 011010000036201 (any branch of Citizen Bank) or Citizen Bank International Ltd. within the premises of the institution. This notice has been published to submit the application form along with the fee deposit voucher to this institution by 2082 Bhadra 19. The application form for training can be downloaded from the institution's website: www.nathm.gov.np or obtained from the institution and for other information, the institution's Planning and Training Branch can be contacted at phone number 01-5970605.
Details:
1. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
2. 2 copies of passport size photo.
3. Copy of certificate of graduation or equivalent educational qualification (mark sheet and character certificate).
4. Recommendation letter from the relevant ministry, department or working body.
5. In the case of Nepali climbers who have successfully climbed Mount Everest, a copy of the certificate issued by the Department of Tourism and a copy of the entrance exam passing certificate.
6. In the case of employees who have been appointed as civil service employees and have been adjusted to the provincial and local levels, a copy of the adjustment letter.
