1. It is mandatory for the candidate to submit 2 recent passport size photographs, copies of citizenship, educational qualifications and experience certificates along with the application form. If a certificate from a foreign university is submitted, an equivalence certificate must be submitted.

2. The training application form fee of Rs. 500/- should be deposited in the name of Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Academy, Citizens Bank International Limited, Current Account No. 011010000036201 NEPAL ACADEMY OF TOURISMandHOTEL MGMT (any branch) or at the Extension Counter within the premises of this academy or the voucher/receipt of the fee deposited by scanning the accompanying QR code should be submitted along with the application form.

3. The application form can also be downloaded from the institution's website www.nathm.gov.np.
