Information regarding agricultural, animal science or herbal insurance agent training

As this company will be conducting agricultural insurance agent training on the following dates and locations, we request Nepali citizens who are interested in working as agricultural, animal science or herbal insurance agents with the following minimum educational qualifications and organizations with the intention of working as agricultural insurance agents to contact the central office of this company during office hours on 2082/12/11.

Virtually from the Central Office, Dnyaneshwor, Kathmandu

Date of Conduct of Training

From 16/12/2082 to 18/12/2082

Timing of training

10:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Training fees

Rs.3,000. (Including agent license fee)

Exam date and time

2082/12/18 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Number of attorney trainees

50 people (first come, first served)

Minimum qualifications required for an agricultural, veterinary or herbal insurance agent:

1) Having passed S.L.C. or equivalent examination and having received at least one year of training in agriculture or animal science or botany, or

2) Passed TSLC with Agriculture, Animal Science or Botany, or

3) Have passed S.L.C. or equivalent examination in a technical subject such as agriculture, animal science or botany.

Required documents (certified by a notary):

(a) Copy of citizenship certificate 1

(c) Copy of character certificate - 1

(e) 4 copies of passport size photo

(b) Copy of educational certificate 1

(d) Copy of permanent account number 1

Note: As per Sub-section (2) of Section 92 of the Insurance Act, 2079, insurance agents are required to pass an examination to obtain an insurance license, therefore, those who have participated in the training and are yet to obtain an agent license after receiving agent training from this company are advised to participate in the examination to be conducted after the training.
