Skill test applications are invited from self-employed, experienced or Nepali citizens who have any professional skills/competence who wish to participate in the skill test based on the recognition of prior learning to be conducted at a concessional fee in accordance with the National Vocational Skills Certificate approved by the National Skill Testing Committee (NSTB/NVQS) regular course.
