Information for Education Development and Coordination Unit, Provincial Education Directorate, schools and all stakeholders regarding the integration of grade sheets for Secondary Education Examination Class-10 (SEE).

Since the examinees who participated in the 2081 grade increase examination and obtained the minimum grade or were graded have received 2 or more grade sheets and those grade sheets should be integrated with GPA and the students should receive a single grade sheet and certificate, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of integrating the grade sheets and issuing them along with the certificate through the following process.
1. The Education Development Coordination Units will publish a notice requesting students from secondary schools under the district who have participated in the 2081 (grade increase) examination and obtained a minimum grade and have been graded, along with 2 or more grade sheets, to apply to their respective schools by 2082.8.22 for the purpose of integrating them and for the concerned schools to collect the application along with the necessary documents.
2. Schools should collect applications from students who have obtained 2 or more minimum grades and have obtained Graded grade sheets, copies of citizenship/birth certificates, and the form downloaded from the website and filled in by the students, and the original bank voucher showing the amount of Rs. 500 (five hundred) per student as revenue (the school can collect a lump sum amount by taking cash from the student) and submit them to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by mid-Mansir 2082.
3. For the purpose of integration, the school shall submit the revenue amount in a lump sum to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, along with the voucher deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank, in the name of the National Examination Board, Office Code 350313301, Revenue Heading 14223, based on the number of students.
4. The Education Development and Coordination Unit will verify the documents and revenue vouchers received from the schools along with the student applications and collect them, and will establish a separate registration book from the regular registration book of the office, register them and collect them.
5. Arrangements will be made to send the files collected in this way to the Examination Controller's Office by expedited means every weekend, and the Examination Controller's Office will process them as soon as possible and send them to the district by expedited means, while the district will make arrangements for distribution through the concerned school.
6. The system of applying directly to the Office of the Controller of Examinations for grade sheet integration will be maintained, and students who do not integrate through the school within the specified time can come to the Office of the Controller of Examinations at any time later to get their grades integrated.
7. When merging grade sheets, students must attach photocopies of the grade sheets they received, photocopies of birth certificates or citizenship certificates (to verify if the names or dates of birth are different on 2 or more grade sheets), photocopies of admission letters, original application forms, and revenue vouchers. how y
8. According to the applications submitted by the district, an integrated certificate will be prepared and sent to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, and the unit will make arrangements to provide it to the students through the school.
9. The form to be filled by students to integrate the grade sheet is available on the Office of the Controller of Examinations Class 10 website www.see.gov.np
