Information regarding filling out the examination application form for inclusion in the Secondary Education Examination Class-10 (SEE) to be conducted in 2082 BS.

To participate in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of 2082 BS, students studying regularly in class 10 in the academic session 2082 BS (including students studying in secondary level open and alternative schools, informal adult schools and technical stream schools) must fill out the application form along with the examination fee of Rs. 500.- (five hundred) per examinee between 2082 Kartik 17 and 2082 Mangsir 16. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned Education Development Directorates, Education Development and Coordination Units, local level education branches/divisions, schools and students.
1. For students currently studying in grade 10 in general, traditional and technical stream schools:
Students currently studying as regular students in class 10: (a) Copy of registration slip (b) Copy of certificate of passing the basic level (class 8) in the academic session 2080 or earlier (c) Copy of birth certificate (certified by the principal) and two recent passport-sized photographs in school uniform pasted in the designated place, should submit the application form along with the examination fee to the concerned school.
2. For students studying in open, alternative and informal adult schools:
(a) In accordance with Sections 15 and 17 of the Distance Education/Open Learning Program Operation Guidelines, (as amended) 2063, the recommendation that the student has fulfilled all the conditions specified in the guidelines and the document certified by the principal should be attached, and two copies of a recent passport-sized photograph should be pasted in the specified place and the form should be submitted to the concerned school along with the examination fee. Students in the open alternative stream should submit a copy of the study conducted in the programs of grades 9 and 10 after passing grade 8 or its equivalent as per the guidelines (verified after the publication of this notice by the certificate issuing body) and a copy of the birth certificate (at the age of 16 years by the end of Chaitra of the year of admission) and should be submitted by the principal. Regarding informal adult schools or open alternative schools, the coordination unit should check the school license and other documents to determine whether the student is a student as per the guidelines.
(b) Students studying in informal adult schools shall submit the completed form along with the examination fee to the concerned school along with a recommendation that they have fulfilled all the conditions prescribed in the Non-formal School Operation Guidelines for Adults, 2065, along with a document certified by the concerned principal, two copies of passport-sized photographs pasted in the specified place.
3. To be included in the 2082 BS Secondary Education Examination, one must have reached the age of 14 years by the end of Chaitra 2082 BS.
4. Schools should verify that the names, surnames, dates of birth and subjects of the students filling the application form as per the above points No. 1 and 2 are filled in correctly and that there will be no difference in the future. They should keep the forms in the ascending order of the English alphabet and check whether the order of the forms is consistent. They should also attach the voucher or cash receipt for the revenue collected for the examination fee and submit the said form to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by 21 Mangsir, 2082.
5. The last date for depositing the examination fee revenue in the bank by the Education Development and Coordination Units has been fixed as 22 Mangsir 2082. Revenue Heading No. is 14223.
6. The Education Development and Coordination Units should enter the received application form into the computer and send the electronic copy to the National Examination Board, Examination Controller's Office, Class 10, and the concerned Education Development Directorate by mid-December 2082 BS.
7. In coordination with the National Examination Board Examination Controller's Office, Grade 10 and the concerned Education Development Directorate, the Education Development and Coordination Units should provide the admit card by setting the eight-digit symbol number and alphabet as sent by the Grade 10 of the National Examination Board. In coordination with the concerned Education Development Directorate, the Education Development and Coordination Units should compulsorily determine the examination center by 2082 Magh 7, get the decision from the District Examination Coordination Committee and send it to the Grade 10 of the National Examination Board and the concerned Education Development Directorate. While determining the examination center, priority should be given to schools that are convenient for the students and have email, internet, printer, photocopy and backup. The name and code number of the schools should be mentioned while determining the examination center. While determining the examination center, the number of students per center should be at least 150 in remote Himalayan areas, at least 250 in hilly areas and more than 300 to 400 in Terai, inner Madhes and Valley, and based on the number of students in grade advancement and technical stream, it should be determined in the district headquarters or in the most convenient place if there are more than one.
8. The Office Copy of the approved form should be kept safe and presented when requested by the National Examination Board, and arrangements should be made to distribute the Student Copy of the admission letter through the school so that the concerned student can receive it at the time of the examination by assigning a symbol number to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
9. The student filling the application form should fill the application form only from the school where he/she is studying regularly. If the form is found to be filled from more than one school or place, the forms from both sides will be cancelled. In the case of students who have transferred from other schools and districts in grade 10 and are getting new admission, it should be done as per the revised education regulations and a separate record of such students should be kept and sent to the concerned Education Development Directorate.
10. Students who do not fill out the application form within the specified time will not be allowed to appear in the SEE exam 2082. For that, the concerned schools should make arrangements for all students to fill out the form on time.
11. The school should submit the documents including the experimental mark sheet and other details to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by mid-Magh 2082, and the unit should send the details of revenue, details of ineligible students, and the experimental marks of the students to Panika by Falgun 7, 2082. While sending the details of revenue, a statement should be prepared and sent that clearly shows the number of students in the school and the amount of revenue paid by the school in ascending order of the school code.
12. Open, alternative and informal adult schools must complete the registration and application. 13
. Towards grade increase (for examinees of ordinary, traditional, technical, open and alternative and informal adult schools)
A. Candidates who participated in the regular or grade enhancement examination of 2079 BS and got D or E grades in any subjects or candidates who were absent in the examination, if they want to increase their grades, they will have to fill the examination application form only in those subjects. Candidates who took the regular or grade enhancement (supplementary) examination of 2080 BS will have to fill the application form for the grade enhancement examination only in the subjects in which they got NG and were absent. While filling the application form, the candidate should fill it from the school where he/she regularly studied. One school will not be allowed to fill the application form of a student who studied in another school. If the application form is filled from another school, it will be automatically canceled.
A. Such candidates should fill in the application form with 2 copies of their recent passport size photographs and attach the following documents along with the examination fee.
It should be submitted to the school.
a) Copy of registration slip
b) Copy of grade sheet
E) Candidates for grade advancement must use only the yellow form.
14. The concerned Education Development Directorates shall make arrangements to facilitate the Education Development and Coordination Units under the concerned provinces in filling out the examination application forms of the students and establishing the examination centers, as per the mentioned information.
