The results of the regular/partial examination of Class 12 conducted by the National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur from 2082 BS Baisakh 21 to A. 1. Arrangements for providing certificates:

A. Candidates who have participated in the Class 12 examination as regular/partial candidates (according to the new syllabus/with the first two digits of the registration number 78 (for general stream), 79, 80 and 81) through the alphabetic system and have secured at least D grade in the theoretical examination and at least C grade in the practical (internal assessment) examination of each subject will be able to collect the receipt for the transcript, migration and provisional (TMP) certificate only after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the results. In order to obtain the certificate of regular candidates, the concerned schools have made arrangements to collect the fee (Rs. 1,100/-) for the certificate as per the rules and send a school representative to the concerned offices of the board and collect the bill for the certificate. Also, the concerned schools are informed not to charge more than the prescribed amount.

B. Candidates must attach a certified copy of the grade sheet/ledger showing the minimum grade obtained in grades 11 and 12 to obtain the educational certificate.

2. After the publication of the Class 12 examination results, candidates who are not satisfied with the grade they have obtained in any subject and wish to retake the examination should apply online (through the National Examination Board's website: neb.gov.np) within 10 (ten) days (from 1:00 PM on 20th Shrawan 2082 to 5:00 PM on 29th A.D.) from the date of publication of the examination results by paying a fee of Rs. neb.gov.np (five hundred) per subject.

3. If any error is found in the publication of the Class 12 examination results (deferred or absent, different subject, different name, surname, registration number, etc.), you are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the relevant offices of the board or the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 6 months from the date of publication of the results. It is also requested to inform you that no action will be taken on applications received after the deadline and without the required documents.

4. Candidates who participated as regular candidates in the annual examination of Class 12 conducted in the month of Baisakh 2082 BS and secured D or higher grade in all other subjects in the theoretical section and received NG (Not Graded) in at most two subjects or were absent in at most two subjects will be allowed to participate in the make-up examination. Detailed information regarding this is mentioned in the notice regarding the schedule of the make-up examination.

5. If there is any error in the results due to technical reasons, it will be corrected from the original records of the Office of the Controller of Examinations. Controller of Examinations
