Notice regarding Form Filling

In the academic session 2082, the students who are regularly studying in the 10th standard, traditional (Sanskrit/Vedvidyashram/Gurukul/Madrasa/Gonpa) and technical stream are required to fill the registration form for inclusion in the 2082 Regular Secondary Education Examination (SEE) within 12th Baisakh 2082 to 11th May 2082. This notice is published for the information of the unit and Directorate of Education Development. Or/Branch, Education Development

1. For general, traditional and technical stream students currently studying in class 10 in schools:

(a) The students currently studying as regular students in class 10, including ordinary, traditional and technical students, must have passed the annual examination of class 8 or equivalent in the arithmetic system. Also, in the case of alphabetic system (2072 2077) minimum D+ grade in compulsory subjects, minimum D grade in 2078 and 2079 and GPA of 2080 with open grade sheet and copy of birth registration certificate (attested by the principal) attached to a recent passport size photograph in school uniform and pasted at the designated place between May 12, 2082 to June 11, 2082 for revenue of Rs. 300.- And the students who cannot deposit the amount within that date will pay a late fee of Rs. 600.- should be submitted to the school where you are studying.

(b) All the details of the students who have studied in other schools in class 9 and transferred to schools with the same subjects (cannot be transferred if they do not match) should be recorded and registered.

(c) The schools should verify the name, date of birth, parent's name of the students who are studying regularly in their school and submit the form to the relevant education development and coordination unit with details of the revenue fee within June 25, 2082. The said revenue title no. 14223 has to be registered.

(d) Students of open and alternative schools and non-formal adult schools should also fill the registration form within the same period.

2. This form is filled by the students of general, traditional and technical streams for the purpose of registering their name for inclusion in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082. Students who do not fill this form will not be allowed to join the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of that year.

3. Since the registration done this year is for the secondary level, when filling the registration form, the student's name, surname (Nepali / English), date of birth etc. details should not be changed until later.

4. Students appearing in Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 must have completed 14 years by the end of 2082 Chaitra. 5

Note:

> When filling the registration form, the student should only fill it from the school where he/she is studying regularly. If found to be filled by more than one school/district/place, both the forms will be automatically cancelled. It is requested not to do the double registration. If this is done, then the examination will be canceled and the person/institution who caused it should be held responsible.

> Students have to fill 2 copies of the form. When filling the form, it is requested to leave the space for keeping the registration number in the registration form empty. P.N.K. A soft copy will be provided to the Education Development and Coordination Unit so that the slip with the registration number can be printed. The education development and coordination unit should print the soft copy of the registration slip from the school and provide it to the students after affixing the photograph of the concerned student and verifying it with the P.A.
