Notice regarding filling/filling the examination application form for regular and partial examinees of Class 12

For the regular and partial (only those candidates whose registration number is 79 (last time), 80 and 81) who are studying in a secondary school/campus affiliated to teach grades 11 and 12 and are participating in the annual examination of grade 12 to be conducted in 2083 BS, as mentioned in the annual schedule for the examination of the academic session 2082/083 issued by the board, the examination fee should be paid by mid-Poush 2082 BS, and the candidates who have missed the payment within that time are advised to fill the examination application form in the format prescribed by the National Examination Board by paying the amount including the late fee by 2082 Magh 15. This notice has been published to submit the application form to the concerned office of the National Examination Board by 2082 Magh 25 along with the proof of the bank voucher/digital payment of the amount paid by the concerned schools/campuses. You are also requested to follow the instructions while filling out the exam application form.

1. Students filling the application form as regular examinees of Class 12 (with the first two digits of the registration number being 82) must have obtained a minimum grade of D in the theoretical side and C in the internal assessment/practical side in all subjects of Class 11 taken through the school in 2082 BS. Along with the examination application form, the subject registration (registration card) of Class 11 and the grade sheet of Class 11 provided by the school (having obtained the prescribed minimum grade) must be attached and certified by the Principal. In the case of partial examinees, a copy of their old grade sheet of Class 12 must be attached. Otherwise, the application form will not be valid.

2. Examination application fee (excluding late fee) Rs. 800.- (eight hundred) per student or Rs. 1,600.- (one thousand six hundred only) per student including late fee shall be deposited in the account of the National Examination Board. For practical examinations conducted by the Board by deputing external examiners, the student shall pay Rs. 100.- (one hundred) additional fee per subject. The subjects for which practical fee is payable are mentioned in point no. 6. Out of the practical fee Rs. 100.- (one hundred), Rs. 40 per subject.-

(Forty) should be deposited in the concerned school as remuneration for the internal examiner and the remaining amount of Rs. 60-(Sixty) per subject should be deposited in the name of the concerned office of the National Examination Board by mid-2082 Poush. Candidates who are exempted from paying the practical fee within that time should deposit Rs. 200.- per subject along with the late fee, out of Rs. 1200 per subject, in the account of the Board by 2082 Magh 15. Forms submitted with vouchers deposited after the specified date will not be accepted.

3. Bank vouchers issued within the period and purpose for which the amount is requested to be deposited can only be used for that purpose. Bank vouchers issued on a different date will not be accepted.

4. When sending the exam application form to the students, the school should send it serially based on the year and registration number.

5. Students of both regular and part-time groups will have to take the exam from the same exam center as assigned. The exam center will not be allowed to be changed.

6. The practical examination will be conducted by external examiners appointed by the concerned office of the Board for the subjects Physics (1022/9132), Biology (2022/9102), Chemistry (3022/9112), Computer Science (4282/9152) and Hotel Management (4402) taught in Grade 12. The schedule of the said examination will be decided by the Principal of the concerned school in coordination with the concerned office of the National Examination Board by 29th Falgun 2082. The said practical examination should be completed by 30th Chaitra 2082 and the marks of the students should be entered online and submitted in hardcopy and softcopy to the concerned office of the Board by 15th Baisakh 2083. The practical/internal examination of the subjects other than the above-mentioned five subjects should also be completed within the same period and submitted to the concerned office of the Board by 15th Baisakh 2083 and the school itself should make arrangements for internal and external examiners for those subjects.

7. Candidates participating as part-time candidates will have to fill the application form only from the school from which they have filled the application form for the regular examination of Class 12. If it is found that the application form has been filled from another school, the application form will be cancelled.

8. The application form for Grade 12 will have to be filled only from the same subject and group that was studied in Grade 11. If a subject is selected from a different subject and group, that subject will automatically be cancelled.

9. Partial examinees (whose first two digits of the registration number are 79, 80 and 81) will have to fill the examination application form only for the subject in which they have received NG (Not Graded) or have been absent (Abs). Also, in case such examinees have also missed the internal/practical marks, they will have to fill the examination application form mentioning the code of both theoretical and internal/practical subjects. In addition, schools will also have to conduct internal evaluation and send the marks obtained within the specified time. Students studying as regular examinees of class 12 will have to fill the additional subject form and attach the grade sheet of the same subject studied as an additional subject in class 11 along with the application form.

10. The exam application form must be filled by the student himself. The school will make arrangements to enter the student's details online. To enter online, go to the board's online entry website: https://exam. neb.gov.np or the board's website: www.neb.gov.np and click on Online Exam Form (Class 12) and enter according to the details received. Also, since online entry will be open for regular examinees from 2082 Poush 15 to 2082 Magh 25, all schools are requested to enter the application form online on time.

11. As per the Letter Grading Guidelines, 2078, students who do not obtain the prescribed grade (C) in the internal/practical assessment and appear in the annual examination will be cancelled. Therefore, it is hereby informed that they should enter the internal/practical marks within the specified time and submit them along with a hard copy to the concerned offices of the board. Schools are also requested to compulsorily send the marks details of even the partial examinees who had marks exempted from the internal assessment last year.

12. The fee for the examination application form can be deposited in a lump sum (amount as specified per student) directly into the board's account at Rastriya Banijya Bank through a voucher or using the Payment Gateways in the system (Connect IPS, e-Sewa, Khalti, IMEpay, RBB mobile banking). In case of digital payment, proof of the same must be submitted along with the form.

13. The concerned offices of the National Examination Board are requested to inform the schools/campuses within their respective areas of the information and carry out the work in accordance with this information.
