1. Arrangements for providing certificates:
A. Candidates who participated in the Grade 11 examination as grade increase candidates through the letter-marking system and obtained at least D+ grade in the theoretical examination of each subject and at least C grade in the practical (internal assessment) examination, and candidates who participated as old partial candidates and passed in each subject, will be able to obtain the receipt for the transcript, migration and provisional (TMP) certificate only after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the results.
2. After the publication of the Grade 11 examination results, candidates who are not satisfied with the grade/marks obtained in any subject and wish to re-score, must apply online at the rate of Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand) per subject and submit an application through Retotaling Old Course Grade 11 (56-76) on the National Examination Board's website: neb.gov.np within 15 (fifteen) days (from 10:00 AM on Asoj 31, 2082 to 5:00 PM on Kartik 14) from the date of publication of the examination results.
3. If any error is found in the publication of the Class 12 examination results (deferred or absent, different subject, different name, registration number, etc.), you are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the relevant offices of the board or the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 6 months from the date of publication of the results. It is also requested for information that no action will be taken on applications received after the deadline and without the required documents.
4. If there is any error in the results due to technical reasons, it will be corrected from the office's original records.
