Information regarding filling out the subject registration form

This notice has been published for the details regarding the subject registration form entry, payment of fees and understanding/submitting the form for students admitted to class 11 in the academic session 2082/83. For the information of all concerned.

Sao 1. Only students who have secured a minimum GPA of 1.6 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) will be required to fill/fill the subject registration application form in class 11. The format of the subject registration application form will be available on the board's website.

2. A copy of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Grade 10 grade sheet certified by the principal must be attached with the subject registration application form.

3. The fee for the subject registration application form should be deposited in the account of the concerned office of the Board by Kartik 16, 2082 (the day the office is open if that day is a public holiday) without late fees (Rs. 400 per student). In the case of students who are unable to deposit the amount by that time, the amount due including late fees (Rs. 800 per student) should be deposited by Kartik 30, 2082 (the day the office is open if that day is a public holiday) and the concerned schools should submit the bank voucher or online payment voucher and subject registration application form to the concerned office of the Board by Mangsir 7, 2082, so that no student's subject registration form is missed.

4. Students who wish to study additional subjects must also mandatorily mention the subject they wish to study in the subject registration form.

5. The subject registration application form must be filled by the student himself. Arrangements have been made for the concerned school to enter the details of the students online. To enter online, go to the Subject Registration (Grade 11) on the board's website: neb.gov.np and enter from 2082 Kartik 11 to A. Mangsir 07. Accordingly, all schools are requested to enter the subject registration form online on time.

6. Since the Online Entry Guidelines and Video for the Subject Registration Form are posted on the board's website, you are requested to obtain additional information from there as well and fill out the Subject Registration Form.

7. Schools newly affiliated to teach in Grade 11 are requested to contact the concerned office of the board and complete the Online Subject Registration as they need to obtain a school code to enter the subject registration of the students.

Please note: All offices of the National Examination Board are requested to inform the schools within their respective areas of operation and act accordingly.
