Revised time table for Class 12th supplementary exam
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned who participated in the annual examination of Class 12 conducted in the month of Baisakh, 2082 BS as regular examinees (with the first two digits of the registration number being 81) and obtained a minimum grade of D or higher in other subjects in the theoretical section and received NG (Not Graded) in the remaining two subjects, or who obtained a grade of D or higher in other subjects in the theoretical section and were absent in the remaining two subjects, or who obtained a grade of D or higher in other subjects in the theoretical section and were absent in any one subject, or who were absent in any one subject, the opportunity (supplementary) examination of the examinees has been postponed due to special reasons. The revised time table of the said examination has been fixed as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Compulsory English (0041)

All subjects of candidates taking the exam in only one subject
For candidates taking the exam in two subjects, the subject with the lowest code number among the subjects they are taking the exam in, but who are participating in the opportunity (supplementary) exam in both compulsory English and compulsory Nepali, they will have to take the exam in compulsory English (0041) on the first day and compulsory Nepali (0021) on the second day.)
For candidates taking the exam in two subjects, the subject with the highest code number among the subjects they are taking the exam in (the compulsory English (0041) subject will not be tested on this day.)

> The supplementary exam will be conducted for two days only. Candidates appearing for the exam in only one subject will have to appear for the exam on the first day of the exam (date 2082/06/07) irrespective of the subject.
The examination for candidates appearing in the examination for the compulsory English (0041) subject will be conducted only on the first day.
Candidates taking the exam in two subjects will have to take the exam in the subject with the minor code number they are taking on the first day (in the case of candidates taking the exam in both compulsory Nepali (0021) and compulsory English (0041), even if the minor code is 0021, they will have to take the exam in subject 0041 on the first day).
No further arrangements will be made for candidates who are absent from the exam as per the prescribed exam schedule.
Even in the event of an emergency leave, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
The examinee will have to bring the materials required for the exam such as graph paper, charts, log tables, Goswara vouchers, etc. themselves.
It is prohibited to bring mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices and other electronic devices into the examination hall. If the above items are found in violation of the notice, the examination will be cancelled.
Candidates must arrive at the exam center 15 minutes before the exam time and enter the exam hall.
You will have to appear for the exam from the previously determined exam center. Detailed details regarding the exam center are available on the board's website.
The exam must be taken only at the designated exam center. The center cannot be changed.
The relevant offices of the board are requested to act in accordance with this notice.
