1. Provisions regarding provision of certificates:

Candidates who have participated in the Class 12th supplementary examination and have secured at least a D grade in the theoretical examination of each subject will be able to obtain a receipt for Transcript, Migration, Provisional (TMP) Certificate by paying Rs. 1,500.- (One thousand five hundred only) only after 10 days from the date of publication of the result. In addition, an additional Rs. 500.- will have to be paid for obtaining a supplementary certificate.

2. After the publication of the Grade 12 (Supplementary) examination results, candidates who are not satisfied with the grade obtained in any subject and wish to retake the examination should apply online at the rate of Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand) per subject and submit an application through the Retotaling Grade 12 (Supplementary) on the National Examination Board's website: neb.gov.np within 10 (ten) days (from 10:00 AM on Kartik 24, 2082 to 5:00 PM on Mangsir 3) from the date of publication of the examination results.

3. If any error is found during the publication of the results of the Class 12th supplementary examination (postponed or absent, different subject, different name, registration number, etc.), you are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the relevant offices of the board or the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 6 months from the date of publication of the results. It is also requested to inform you that no action will be taken on applications received after the deadline and without the required documents.

4. If there is any error in the results due to technical reasons, it will be corrected from the original records of the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
