Notice regarding admission of students in Anesthesia Assistant Course

This notification has been published for the admission of students to conduct one year Anesthesia Assistant Course in the academic year 2082.2083 by this National Academy of Medical Sciences. Nepali citizens who have passed Health Assistant or Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing from a recognized educational institution can open current account no. 136-01-0000-2334-001 at Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. 2,000 non-refundable) after submitting the gross receipt and submitting the same receipt from the Dean's office of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, attach all the documents mentioned in the entrance examination form to be distributed from the date 2082.1.2 and fill the form by the date 2082.1.31. It should be delivered to Veer Hospital, Mahabuddha. If that day falls on a holiday, the form must be submitted within the first day of office opening on the next day of the holiday.

Admit card will be distributed on 6th and 7th of 2082. The date, time and venue of the entrance exam will be mentioned in the admit card itself. All concerned are informed to contact the Dean's office if they need more detailed information.

Note:

If for any reason the seats of the sponsor and institutional candidates remain vacant, admission will be taken according to the merit list of the successful candidates from among the open competitors.

• Provincial Government, Ministry of Health Gandaki Provincial Government Candidates who have qualified to work in Gandaki Province should attach the pre-approval letter from the Ministry of Health of Gandaki Province.

• Provincial Government, Ministry of Health Candidates who are eligible to work in Sudurpaschim Province should attach the prior approval letter from the Ministry of Health of Sudurpaschim Province.

• In case of sponsor seat of Nick Simon Institute, the nomination letter of the same organization should be attached.

• In the case of Institutional applicants, they must submit a certificate that they have worked continuously for 2 years in the respective institution and submit a letter of sponsorship from the institution for study.

• In terms of age, the age of the candidates applying will be as per the prevailing rules till the last date of application.

• A copy of the certificate registered in Nepal Health Professional Council/Nepal Nursing Council along with a certificate of at least 2 years of work experience in a health institution recognized by the Government of Nepal should be submitted after the registration certificate.

• Provincial Government, Ministry of Health, Gandaki Province, Sudurpaschim Province, sponsors, institutional and open candidates. The training fee specified by the establishment must be paid.
