Notice regarding submission of applications for MBBS study scholarships

As there is a program to provide MBBS study scholarships according to the following open and inclusive quotas for students who have passed the MBBS entrance examination conducted by the Medical Education Commission for the academic session 2082 and are permanently residing in the Far West Province as per the Integrated Scholarship Management Directive, 2076 (including the sixth amendment), interested and eligible students may submit an application in the attached format along with the documents mentioned in the details within the office hours on this date 2082.08.16. This notice has been published for the information of the concerned as per the decision of the Board of Directors dated 2082.08.02 as per Section 3 of the said directive.

a) Documents to be submitted along with the application:
1. Application form in the format attached to this notice, clearly stating all the details.
2. Marksheets (grade sheets) and certificates for grades 8, 10 and 12.
3. In the case of those who have completed a three-year diploma from a technical school affiliated to CTEVT or affiliated with it, a diploma passing marksheet or gradesheet as well as an original recommendation letter from the educational institution/body stating that they have studied on full scholarship or free of charge,
4. A recommendation letter from the education department of the concerned municipality clearly stating which type of school is it: community, private, public, or private.
5. M. V. V. S. Clear evidence of marks obtained in the entrance examination.
6. Nepali citizenship certificate,
7. Recommendation letter from the concerned ward stating current permanent residence.
8. For Dalit students, a copy of a certified document stating that they are classified by the National Dalit Commission, for students belonging to the Tharu/Rana Tharu ethnic group facing extinction, a letter of recommendation from the concerned District Administration Office stating that they are registered with the National Foundation for the Upliftment of Indigenous Peoples or belong to that community, in the case of a disability, a copy of an identity card stating the nature and category of the disability.
9. A clear photocopy of the inside page of the bank checkbook containing the account, clearly showing the student's bank account number.
