Notice regarding applications for university-level competitive programs in STEAM subjects

This notice has been published with the aim of conducting a competition among students studying in universities or campuses or colleges or colleges affiliated to or affiliated to the university in accordance with the approved annual program of the Ministry for the academic year 2082/083 to create STEAM materials. The subject of this year's competition is mentioned in the T.O.R. in Schedule-5 of the procedure. Under this program, in the first phase, applications will be sought from students or groups of students studying at the higher education level in universities or campuses or colleges or colleges affiliated to or affiliated to the university, and selection will be made for the second phase from the applications received, and the student group will be given 5 (five) months to create an object according to their ideas. The students or groups of students selected for the second phase will be provided with a maximum support amount of one hundred and fifty thousand Nepalese rupees per material as per the "Procedure for conducting university-level competitive programs in the subjects of science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics (STEAM), 2082". Students who wish to participate in the competition are requested to submit their applications by 2082/08/07, in the format as per Sections (a) and (b) of Schedule-2 of the said procedure, after verifying and scanning all the necessary documents and sending them by email to [email protected]. Applications received after the deadline or not in the prescribed format will not be considered for selection. The said procedure can be viewed or downloaded from the website of this ministry www.moest.gov.np. All concerned are requested to do so.
