Information regarding submitting applications for scholarship/fellowship programs

Under the Special Educational Project for Educational Development of the Federal Special Grant Program, the following students of community schools operating in Madhesh Province, on the basis of selection and recommendation by the concerned local level, will be provided with a scholarship/scholarship of Rs. 2,200/- per student, i.e. two thousand two hundred rupees, to be distributed to the bank account of the concerned student only on the following conditions, and the concerned local level should select and send it to this ministry within 15 days (2082 Magh 13) from the date of publication of the notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

1. In this program, the concerned local level will have to select and recommend students, including 192 for the metropolitan city, 100 for the sub-metropolitan city, and 69 for the rural municipality and municipality, in coordination with the schools within its borders.

2. The concerned local level should recommend to this ministry the names and details of only those students who are not included in other government scholarship programs, including Dalits, marginalized, those in need of special protection, economically disadvantaged, and disabled, along with the EMIS number and bank account opening document of the student.

3. If more than the prescribed number of applications are received for scholarships at the local level, only the prescribed number shall be recommended by the concerned local level to this Ministry. If more than the prescribed number of applications are received, the Education, Youth and Sports Branch of the concerned local level shall have the right to select the prescribed number.
