Notice regarding grant application

According to the approved annual program of this ministry for the current fiscal year 2082/083, regarding the provision of grants to community schools and community colleges for the operation of the specified programs, as per the notice published for the first time on 2082/05/15, the second time on 2082/06/07 and the third time on 2082/06/22, some of the community schools and colleges selected for grants have not yet come to sign the agreement, so such community schools and colleges are requested to come to sign the agreement by mid-2082 Paush, otherwise the ministry will not be obliged to send the grant. Community schools and colleges that have already signed the agreement and received the grant are requested to independently carry out the procurement work on time, subject to the prevailing laws. The list of community schools and colleges selected for grants is kept on the website of this ministry https://moec.madhesh.gov.np.

Details:

1. Grants to schools to establish science laboratories to strengthen science education in 5 community schools in each district.

2. Grant for the management of child development classes run in community schools at the rate of 1 in each provincial constituency.

3. Grants for installation of smart boards and other machinery in 5 community schools in each district.

4. Grants to affiliated community technical schools operating in the stream.

5. Grant for operating E-Library in 5 community schools in each district.

6. Grants for the establishment of smart classrooms with multimedia in 8 community colleges based on demand.
