Notice regarding the program of the third convocation ceremony

This notice has been published as the third convocation ceremony of the Midwest University will be held on Friday 23rd March 2081 (March 07, 2025) at 11:00 am at the Central Office of the Midwest University, Birendra Nagar 08, Kuinepani. Students who have applied to participate in the ceremony must show their gown set or the receipt of payment of the convocation application fee before 10:00 am on the same day and sit in the designated place for entry to the ceremony venue. Other information related to this ceremony is as follows.

a) Gown Set (Gown/Scarf Cap Related:

As the gown set will not be distributed on the day of the ceremony, the concerned students should get their gown set according to the following. Students who do not wear gown sets will not be allowed to sit with students who are being initiated.

1) Gown sets will be distributed from 18th to 22nd of February 2081 (including holidays) from 10:00 AM to 05:00 AM.

2) Gown sets will be distributed at: Midwest University, Kuinepani where the central office is located.

3) Documents to be brought to get the gown set: A copy of the citizenship along with the receipt of fee payment or any certificate that reveals your identity.

b) Clothing related:

Students coming to participate in the ceremony must wear a set of gowns provided by the Midwest University outside of their gowns.

c) Regarding distribution of certificates:

1) Certificate distribution will be done from the certificate distribution counter at the convocation venue.

2) Certificates of students who applied to participate in the convocation ceremony but could not attend on that day will be provided by the Examination Management Office on the opening day of the office after the convocation ceremony.

d) Regarding return of gown set bond:

The bond amount of the concerned students will be returned only after returning the gown set as follows.

1) Period for return of gown set: The date will be from 25th February to 08th March 2081 (excluding holidays) from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm.

2) The return of the gown set taken by the students should be done at Midwest University, Examination Management Office, Itram 07, Surkhet.

3) After returning the gown set, the deposit amount will be returned after submitting the gown set clearance certificate received from that place, the receipt provided by the examination management office for the application form and the copy of the identity proof to the examination management office.

4) Students who do not return the gown set within the specified date will not be refunded.

* Special Notice *

Among the students who have applied to participate in the convocation ceremony, the photos, certificates and citizenship of some of the students, if there is any problem, the information of the concerned student contact no. will be contacted and informed. Accordingly, the concerned students should do the necessary work and contact the examination management office within 17th of February 2081. Other necessary procedures will be as per the decision of Midwest University, Examination Committee.
