1. Students will have to submit separate application forms for each graduate school they wish to enter, including the central department, affiliated campus, and affiliated campus, and subject. The forms can also be filled online by logging in to https://entrance.mu.edu.np.

2. When submitting the application, a recent photograph, transcript, and certified copy of character certificate must be submitted along with the form.

3. Application forms can be obtained from the concerned central department and affiliated campuses and affiliated campuses by paying the prescribed fee.
