Notice to fill out the online form to participate in the Fourth Convocation Ceremony (2083)

(Notification published on Monday 01.07.2083)

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Students who are interested in participating in the fourth convocation ceremony of Madhya Paschim University to be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, should fill out the online form in the format prescribed by the Examination Management Office by 5:00 PM on 20 May 2026, BS.

Only students who have completed their Bachelor's, Master's and M. Phil degrees from Madhya Paschim University from 13 February 2025 to 27 April 2026 and have received their transcripts and have completed their PhD within the same period will be eligible to participate in this convocation ceremony.

The application form can be filled online only from 2083 Baishakh 08 (21) April 2026. 3. The online form can be filled by going to the website of the Midwest University Examination Management Office https://muexam.edu and clicking on the Convocation Form in the navigation bar. 4. The online form will automatically close after 5:00 PM on 2083 Baishakh 20 (03 May 2026).

Students interested in participating in the convocation ceremony must upload the following documents along with the online form.

A recent MRP size photo.

Nepali citizenship certificate for domestic students and passport for foreign students.

Transcript issued by Midwestern University, Examination Management Office.

Bank voucher or receipt for depositing the prescribed fee for the convocation ceremony.

6. While filling the online form, the student has to upload the specified photos and documents (in clear and legible PDF format) in the designated space. The size of the PDF to be uploaded should be less than 25 MB.

7. Students interested in participating in the convocation ceremony can deposit the prescribed fee in any of the bank accounts held in the name of the Examination Management Office mentioned in the online form.

8. After the student has filled out the online form, he/she should print the form and attach the documents uploaded along with the form.

Hard Copy and MRP size photo 3 (three) copies should be attached and submitted through the campus/department where you studied or directly to Madhya Paschim University, Examination Management Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet by 5:00 PM on 2083 BS (05 May 2026).

9. Students interested in participating in the convocation ceremony must deposit the following fees into one of the following bank accounts held in the name of Midwest University, Examination Management Office:

10. Students who are being consecrated can bring up to two guardians to the convocation ceremony. If guardians are invited to attend, an additional fee of Rs. 500.- (non-refundable) will be charged per guardian.

11. Students who wish to participate in the convocation ceremony must deposit the convocation fee in the bank only in the name of the student to be convoked. The fee cannot be deposited in the name of any other person. The name of the student to be convoked and the registration number must also be mentioned in the bank voucher.

12. Students interested in participating in the convocation ceremony may deposit the prescribed fee in any one of the following bank accounts held in the name of the Examination Management Office:

13. An application for refund of the deposit amount along with proof of returning the gown, scarf, and hat taken for the convocation ceremony must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the end of the convocation ceremony. Otherwise, the Examination Management Office will not be obligated to refund the deposit amount.

14. Since the deposit amount of the students participating in the convocation ceremony will be refunded through their bank account, the student must write the name of the bank where their account is held, the account number, and the name of the account holder in the form. The Examination Management Office will not be responsible if the amount cannot be refunded due to the account.

15. Midwest University, Examination Management Office will not be obligated to accept the application forms of students who have submitted incomplete and incomplete application forms without verifying the prescribed documents.

16. Participants must be present in formal attire on the day of the convocation ceremony.
