According to the notice published on 2082.06.24 regarding the free 24-month pre-diploma level industrial apprenticeship program to be conducted in the academic session 2082/083 in coordination with the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, Training Development Division, trainees who wish to study in the detailed program to be conducted in this polytechnic should come and fill the application form by 2082.0728. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

2. Required Qualifications:

A. Must have appeared in S.L.C. or S.E.E. examination.

B. Must be a Nepali citizen who has completed at least 16 years of age.

C. In the case of Dalits, indigenous peoples, the disabled, Muslims, Madhesis, remote areas and disadvantaged groups, a recommendation letter from the concerned local body should be mandatory.

D. The person interested in taking the training must be mentally and physically capable for the relevant training.

3. Required documents to be submitted with the application form:

1. Two recent passport-sized photographs showing a clear face,

2. Certified copy of SLC/SEE participation certificate,

3. In the case of candidates who have passed SLC/SEE or similar examinations from countries other than Nepal, a certified copy of the letter of equivalence determined by a body designated by the Government of Nepal,

C. Certified copy of Nepali citizenship or birth certificate.

4. Selection process related program:

A. Application form available from: 26th Asoj 2082.

B. Last date for submission of application form: 28th Kartik 2082.

C. Interview date and time: Monday, November 1, 2005, at 9:00 AM.

D. Interview venue: Manmohan Memorial Polytechnic, Budhiganga Rural Municipality, Morang.

5. Facilities under the Industrial Apprenticeship Program:

(a) Opportunity for free study.

(b) Rs. 100 will be provided per trainee per day of attendance for transportation expenses.
