This notice has been published to admit new students to the Master's in Public Administration program run by the Dean's Office, Faculty of Law and Public Administration, Madhesh University.

Place and time for availability and submission of forms

The application form will be available from the central office of Madhesh University, Birgunj, Parsa. You can download the form from the website given below and fill it. Click on madheshuniversity. edu.np/download/form to download and fill the application form. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the university.

Entrance Test Fee

Rs.1500.- (One thousand five hundred only in Akshaya form.)

Method and place of paying entrance exam fee

The fee should be deposited in NMB Bank, Birgunj, Parsa account, Madhesh University Revenue Account No. 0190145356300034 and the application form along with the original bank voucher should be submitted to the office.

Cash receipts should be paid at the office and for online payments, payment should be made to the bank account mentioned below and the receipt/voucher should be submitted to the office.

Minimum qualifications required for applying for the entrance exam

Have passed a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.

Must have passed the final examination of the bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 45% of the total marks or a 2.5 GPA.

8. The following written documents must be submitted while submitting the application form.

One copy of the marks obtained from passing the Bachelor's Certificate level or equivalent, character certificate.

Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent pass mark sheet, character certificate, one copy each.

Students who have studied at domestic or foreign educational institutions other than Nepal will be required to submit a copy of the equivalence certificate.

SEE/SLC pass mark sheet, character certificate, one copy each.

Copy of citizenship.

2 (two) copies of a recent passport-sized photograph.
