Notice regarding filling the application form for the 31st Convocation Ceremony (Second Phase)

As the 31st Convocation Ceremony (Second Phase) of Kathmandu University will be held in the third week of Asar 2083 BS (First week of July 2026), all students who have passed their PhD, Masters and Bachelor's degrees from the School of Arts / Education / Engineering / Law / Management / Science / Medical Sciences of this university by June 2, 2026 are hereby informed to apply ONLINE as follows to participate in the Convocation Ceremony.

1) The application form can be filled by visiting convocation.ku.edu.np. The bank voucher for the convocation fee and the documents to be submitted along with the application form should be submitted through this website.
