Notice regarding filling of application form for 30th Convocation (Second Phase).

As the 30th convocation ceremony (second phase) of Kathmandu University will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, all students who have passed their undergraduate, postgraduate and graduate degrees from the School of Arts / Education / Engineering / Law / Management / Medical Sciences / Science of this university by May 22, 2025 (May 22, 2025) are invited to participate in the convocation ceremony. You are informed to apply ONLINE as follows.

1) The application form can be filled at convocation.ku.edu.np. The bank receipt of the convocation fee and the documents to be submitted along with the application form should be submitted through this website.

2) Application form submission date: Baisakh 28 to May 11, 2082 (May 11 to 25, 2025)

3) Detailed information about the convocation program will be published later.
