Notice regarding filling the application form for the 31st Convocation Ceremony (First Phase)

As the 31st Convocation Ceremony (First Phase) of Kathmandu University will be held in the fourth week of Mangsir, 2082 BS (Second Week of December), all students who have passed their PhD, Masters and Bachelor's degrees from the School of Arts / Education / Engineering / Law / Management / Science / Medical Sciences of this university by November 16, 2025 are hereby informed to apply ONLINE as follows to participate in the Convocation Ceremony.

Redefining

1) The application form can be filled by visiting convocation.ku.edu.np. The bank voucher for the convocation fee and the documents to be submitted along with the application form should be submitted through this website.

2) Date for submission of application form: November 6 to 21, 2025

3) Detailed information about the convocation ceremony program will be published later.

4) Information on the next phase of the convocation ceremony will be announced later.
